New Jersey Cleanouts is the consumer brand of Cleanouts and Property Services LLC — an A-901 licensed NJ demolition contractor with over a decade of experience. Demolition is our primary trade: interior gut jobs, exterior teardowns, concrete and slab removal, pool removal, garages, decks, and full commercial strip-outs. We handle the cleanouts, junk removal, and dumpster rentals that go with that work — residential and commercial, big and small.
We're an A-901 Licensed Waste Management Company, fully licensed and insured. We recycle every recyclable material we can — metal, concrete, salvageable goods — and responsibly dispose of the rest at licensed Northern NJ facilities. Fair pricing, eco-conscious, and we still pick up our own phone.
